ON TAXI OUT HAD LOSS OF HYDRAULIC PRESSURE ON BLUE SYSTEM. RETURNED TO GATE. REPLACED RIGHT NACELLE FLAP ACTUATOR WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT IAW MM 27-50-00 AND RII 27-307. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
