DURING DESCENT, RIGHT SPOILER WOULD NOT FULLY DISPLAY CAUSING A ROLL TO THE LEFT. REPLACED RT FLIGHT SPOILERON OUTBOARD PCU IAW CRJ MM 27-62-01. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
