DURING TAXI IN, LOUD WHINING NOISE FROM UNDERNEATH FLIGHT DECK. NOISE WENT AWAY AND SHORTLY AFTER SMOKE STARTED COMING OUT FROM FO'S SIDE VENT. F/A REPORTED SMOKE MID CABIN. TURNED BOTH PACKS OFF. SMOKE DISSIPATED. R & R LT ACM IAW AMM.
