AFTER TAKE OFF, PUT THE GEAR UP BUT NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT COME UP. WARNING ILLUMINATED, GEAR DISAGREE. PERFORMED QRH AND DIVERTED. REPLACED THE OLEO PROXIMITY SENSOR BRACKET AND ADJUSTED THE SENSOR IAW AMM.
