BLENDED OUT CHAFFING AT 3 EACH LOCATIONS ON THE RH IB FLAP VANE TO A SMOOTH CONTOUR.FOUND THE O/B AND I/B WITH IN LIMITS AND MIDDLE OUT OF LIMITS. REMOVED AND REPLACED MIDDLE VANE SKIN WITH NEW ONE.
