REMOVED AND REPLACED RT FLIGHT SPOILER OUTBOARD PCU, IN REFERENCE TO CRJ 200 AMM. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME, REF CP 21820704 FOR LEAK CHECK.
