What was found
DURING AUDIT OF RA 44367, BS 333 UPPER FRAME IS CRACKED BTWN STR 0 - 2L. REPAIRED IAW REO 601R-53-21-3018, REV--, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE SHIMS FOR THE REPAIR ARE THE WRONG DIMENSIONS AND ARE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. INSTALLED NEW SHIM FABRICATED (ITEM -2) PER REO 601R-53-21-3018 REV--, AND SRM 51-42-21.
