MAIN CABIN DOOR GIRT BAR FORWARD RETAINING SLIDER ON FLOOR DID NOT RETRACT WHEN MCD WAS OPENED. (FLIGHT 3863) REPLACED THE FWD PAX DOOR FWD ESCAPE SLIDE FITTING IN REF TO AMM CH 53-10-21. OPS AND RIG CHECK IS GOOD.
