CENTER FUSELAGE III, STRINGER 9L CRACKED ON MOST AFT EDGE AT FR 90. (BEHIND WASTE TANK) REMOVED AND REPLACED CENTER FUSELAGE III, LT STRINGER 9A AT FR 90 IAW SRM 51-40-08. WEIGHT AND BALANCE NOT AFFECTED BY REPAIR, NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
