FLAPS WILL NOT SET AT 15 DEGREES FOR TAKEOFF. SHOWS SWS FAILURE. WILL NOT RESET. REPLACED RIGHT OUTBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR AND CANNON PLUG. OPERATED FLAPS APPROXIMATELY SIX TIMES AT EACH INTERIM. FLAPS OPERATIONALLY CHECKS GOOD. LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
