WHEN GEAR WAS RETRACTED, LEFT SIDE SHOWED INTRANSIT LIGHT. CYCLED GEAR, SAME. RETURNED TO LAX. FOUND BOLTS MISSING FORM LEFT INBOARD FOWARD GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR. INSTALLED PROPER HARDWARE, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
