FLAP CONTROL FAULT CAME ON AFTER TAKEOFF AND WOULD NOT RESET. RETURNED TO SLC. CLEANED FLAP ACTUATOR CANNON PLUGS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE ON GROUND. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
