AFTER TAKEOFF, THE RIGHT MAIN HYDRAULIC PUMP FAILED AND FLUID LEVEL DROPPED TO ZERO. DIVERTED TO SBA. FOUND HYDRAULIC LINE CHAFED THROUGH AT COWL FLAPS ACTUATOR. REPLACED LINE AND REPLENISHED HYDRAULIC FLUID. CYCLED FLAPS NUMEROUS TIMES, NO LEAKS NOTED AND OPS CHECKS GOOD.
