What was found
AFTER TAKEOFF, LEFT DUCT LEAK LIGHT CAME ON AND CABIN PRESSURE WAS LOST. RETURNED TO PSP. LIGHT STAYED ON WITH ENGINE SHUT DOWN. REPLACED LEFT 18 PSI REGULATOR, OPS CHECKS GOOD WITH NO DUCT LEAK INDICATION NOTED.
