CARGO BTL LO MESSAGE ON EICAS. CARGO SQUIBB 1 AND 2 FAIL TEST. THIS OCCURRED ON THE GROUND DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH FIRE BOTTLES, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
