A LOCK FASTENER WAS NOTED MISSING FROM THE RT ENG INLET. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, ENG FAN BLADE DAMAGED & COMPRESSOR VANE DAMAGE WAS FOUND. ENG IS BEING REMOVED FOR REPAIR.
