What was found
SWITCH FAILED IN THE OPEN POSITION CAUSING THE LANDING GEAR " UNLOCKED" INDICATION TO REMAIN ILLUMINATED AFTER LANDING GEAR EXTENSION. SWITCH WAS REPLACED TO CORROECT THE PROBLEM.
