DURING C CHECK INSPECTION (TASK CARD 06-102-01-1) WAS FOUND A LOOSE MATERIAL ON SPLICE PLATE AT FRONT SPAR STA ISS 1009 - 1017 LT. DAMAGED AREA WAS REPAIRED IAW EWO 767-57-027 AND SERVICE REQUEST 1-526643882. THIS REPAIR IS CONSIDERED A MAJOR REPAIR. FORM 8100-9 WAS ISSUED APPROVING THIS REPAIR.
