SHORTLY AFTER LEVEL OFF, BOTH FUEL QTY INDICATORS SHOWED ZERO FUEL. PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO TAKEOFF LOCATION. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED A LOW VOLTAGE CONDITION DUE TO A WEAK ACFT BATTERY.
