DURING GROUND MAINTENANCE, GROUND CREW INADVERTENTLY DEPLOYED THE FORWARD SERVICE DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE. NO INJURIES. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FORWARD SERVICE DOOR SLIDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MM 25-61-200.
