DURING OP 16 MAINT CHECK, THE FWD AIRSTAIRS FORWARD DOOR CASTING WAS CRACKED IN RADIUS APPROXIMATELY 1.5 INCH LONG. REMOVED AND REPLACED CASTING PER STANDARD PROCESSES MANUAL 6-70-01.
