DURING TAXI, FORWARD CABIN EGRESS LIGHTS CAME ON. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. THE POWER SUPPLY WAS WORN OUT. POWER SUPPLY WAS REPLACED. CHECKS MADE TO ASSURE NORMAL OPERATION. CHECK -C 12-07-98 STL.
