DURING PREFLIGHT CHECK, ROW 8-20 EGRESS LIGHTS WERE FOUND INOP. THE PROBLEM WAS LOW BATTERY PACKS. TWO PACKS WERE CHANGED. CHECK -C 06-17-98 STL.
