REPLACED RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR. OP CKS GOOD. INSPECTED ACTUATOR INSTALLATION FOR SAFETY, SECURITY AND PROPER INSTALLATION. OBSERVED PROPER OPERATION AND INDICATION. NO LEAKS.
