BOTH UTILITY BUSSES SHED WHEN THROTTLES ADVANCED FOR TAKEOFF. REPLACED RIGHT GCU AND RELAY K10109 PER MM. TOOK ACFT OFF GATE FOR ASSURANCE RUN AND CONFIGURED FOR TAKEOFF. ADVANCED THROTTLES TO TAKEOFF POWER SEVERAL TIMES, OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
