F/O CONTROL STICK MICROPHONE SWITCH STICKS IN TRANSMIT POSITION. NEED NEW MIC SWITCH DEACTIVATED PER AMM. F/O SIDE STICK PUSH TO TALK SWITCH. REPLACE THE SIDE STICK GRIP FOR PTT SWITCH FAILURES. REPLACE THE SIDE STICK GRIP FOR PTT SWITCH FAILURES.
