COCKPIT AND WING FUEL PANELS HAVE NO POWER, FUEL QTY BITE STATUS MESSAGE ON EICAS. REPLACED FQIS PROCESSOR DUE TO SEVERAL FAULTS. FOUND RT WING QTY GAUGE SHORTED. REPLACED RT FUEL QTY INDICATOR AT REFUELING PANEL AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
