ORD - FLT 5715 - ON TAKEOFF ROLL, THE NR 1 ENGINE OIL FILTER CWP ILLUMINATED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LP AND HP FILTERS. POWER ASSURANCE RUNS WERE PERFORMED AND ALL PARAMETERS WERE FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS. (M)
