BIRDSTRIKE ON NR 1 ENGINE AFTER ROTATION. DECLARED EMERGENCY, RETURNED TO FIELD, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTED AND FOUND DAMAGE TO THREE FAN BLADES, DID NOT GO THROUGH THE CORE. R & R SIX BLADES, THREE PAIRS, PERFORMED VIBRATION RUN, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
