L VHF INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT VHF TRANSCEIVER PER AMM 23-11-05 (OFF; PN: 822-1047-002, SN: 8506), NO FAULTS AT THIS TIME. INSP ANTENNA'S, FOUND UPPER FWD AND UPPER AFT ANTENNA'S DAMAGED FROM LIGHTNING STRIKE. REPLACED FWD & AFT UPPER ANTENNA'S IAW AMM 23-12-03. ALSO PERFORMED LIGHTNING STRIKE CONDITIONAL INSP IAW AMM 05-51-13. OFF PART: (SN 22026, PN: DMC50-17)
