R/H W/W PACK #3 DUCT ASSEMBLY DAMAGE. IT WAS FOUND HANGING IN THE R/H WING GEAR WHEEL WELL. IT HAD SEPARATED/FAILED AT THE CONTROL VALVE AT THE TOP OF THE WHEEL WELL. R & R DUCT ASSY PER AMM 21-21-01. LK CHK OK.
