What was found

ENG #1 OIL QTY DROPPED TO 1 AFTER T/O, FOLLOW WITHIN 20 MINS BY ENG OIL PRESS ADVISORY MSG. QRH FOLLOWED, AND ENG #1 WAS SHUT DOWN. WITHIN 15 MINS OF ENG SHUTDOWN, HYD PRESS SYSTEM 1 CAUTION MSG, QRH FOLLOWED HYD SYSTEM 1 SHUT DOWN. REMOVED AND REPLACED #1 ENGINE IAW AMM 71-00-02 AND WO #159258. PERFORMED ENGINE LEAK AND OPS CHECK PER AMM 71-00-00/ 501 TEST 3, 11 12. LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
