What was found

ON CLIMB OUT, EQUIPMENT COOLING EICAS MESSAGE APPEARED 16 MIN AFTER T/O ABOVE FL250 IN CLIMB. FOUND DISCONNECT DUCT LINE AT BS 1100 DUE TO WRONG SLEEVE INSTALLED. REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW SLEEVE AND RECONNECTED DUCT LINE, THEN OPS CHECKED NORMAL IAW AMM 21-58-00/501</P>)
