DURING HFEC INSPECTION ON DOOR STOP SUPPORT FITTINGS AT S16L, BS 2231, FOUND ONE LOWEST FWD HOLE WITH A CRACK INDICATION AT STRAP SIDE 3 & 9 O'CLOCK POSITION LOOKING OTBD. CRACK ON BS 2231 S16L. FRAME STRAP TRIMMED OUT & REPAIR CARRIED OUT IAW EN 3430-26, REV 0, AND SRM 53-60-15-2R-2, REPAIR 2, REV 107. REPAIR CLASSIFIED AS A MAJOR REPAIR AND AS CATEGORY B PERMANENT REPAIR.
