FOUND GRD SAFETY RELAY R8016 DEFECTIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RELAY & PERFORMED #2 T/R OPS CHECK. OPS CHECK NORMAL PER AMM 78-31-00/501 & WDM 78-34-02.
