FLIGHT DECK PORTABLE EMERGENCY LIGHT DIMS RAPIDLY AFTER EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE TURNED ON FOR TEST. FOUND DURING PRE-DEPARTURE CHECK. THE TWO BATTERIES WERE DATED 4/96 AND 6/96. REPLACED BATTERIES, OPS OK.
