PHX FLT 22 PHX - HNL. WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT, THE CENTER TANK FUEL QUANTITY READINGS BECAME ERRATIC. FLIGHT RETURNED TO PHX WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE CENTER FUEL TANK FUEL DENSITOMETER. OK FOR SERVICE.
