FOUND OVER FLAP PANEL UNDERSIDE CORRODED COMPLETELY THROUGH SKIN TO HONEYCOMB SUBSTRUCTURE. AREA NOT READILY INSPECTABLE DUE TO VELCRO APPLIED OVER AREA TO ACT AS CHAFE STRIPS FOR FLAP UPPER SURFACE. RECOMMEND CLOSE VISUAL INSPECTION OF AREA DURING 150 HOUR INSPECTION.
