PILOT REPORTED THAT THE LANDING LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. THE TECHNICIAN TROUBLESHOT THE SYSTEM AND DISCOVERED THE LANDING LIGHT WAS INTERMITTENTLY FAILING. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER.
