What was found
PILOT REPORTED THAT THE STROBE LIGHT DID NOT WORK. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING. IT WAS FOUND THAT THE STROBE CIRCUIT BREAKER FAILED. INSTALLED NEW CIRCUIT BREAKER AND STROBE WORKED NORMALLY.
