What was found
PILOT REPORTED THE NAVIGATION LIGHTS WERE NOT OPERATIONAL. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING AIRCRAFT IT WAS FOUND THAT THE NAVIGATION LIGHTS CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS FAULTY. REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
