PIT - FLT 4064 - THE CREW REPORTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING STRIP WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LIGHTING STRIP IAW DORNIER MM 33-51-01. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE PERFORMED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE. (M)
