CREW REPORTED CEILING LEVEL EMERGENCY FLOOD LIGHT ADJACENT TO ROW 13 WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED, RELAMPED EMERGENCY FLOOD LIGHT AT ROW 13 AND PERFORMED CHECKS USING AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUALS. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
