ON TAKE OFF THE CREW RECEIVED A LEFT ENGINE BLEED MESSAGE IN FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FIELD DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. MAINTENANCE WAS DISPATCHED AND REPLACED THE LEFT COWL ANTI ICE VALVE.
