WHILE ACCESSING BS 280 RT CROSSBEAM AND WEB IT WAS FOUND THAT PULLEY BRACKET WAS EXCESSIVELY OVERSIZED FASTENER HOLES. R & R REQUIRED. LOCATED & DRILLED NEW SERVICEABLE PULLEY BRACKET IAW SRM 51-40-11-001-001-A01. REPLACED THE PULLEY BRACKET AT RT BS 280 CROSSBEAM VERTICAL POST RBL 9 IAW SRM 51-42-21-001-001-A01.
