FLT 6247 - IAD-BGM - ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO THE LEFT ENGINE NOT MAKING TAKEOFF TORQUE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS. MAINTENANCE RECALIBRATED THE TORQUE SIGNAL CONDITIONER. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. (M)
