FLT NR 6172 - LYH-IAD - ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO BOTH ENGINES NOT MAKING TAKEOFF TORQUE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS. MX ADJUSTED THE TORQUE SIGNAL CONDITIONERS ON BOTH ENGINES. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. (M)
