FLT 6382 - JFK-BOS - DURING CRUISE MADE AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING DUE TO TCAS DISPLAY WENT DEAD. AIRCRAFT WENT TO GATE WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEMS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED VSI, OPS CHECK OK. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE. (M)
