DURING A BORESCOPE INSPECTION, A THIRD STAGE IP ROTOR BLADE WAS FOUND MISSING. SECONDARY DAMAGE WAS NOTED TO THE COMPRESSOR ROTOR. DISASSEMBLY CONFIRMED ONE BLADE ON THE THIRD STAGE IP ROTOR IS MISSING.
