DURING TAKEOFF, REPORTED A POPPING NOISE. POST FLIGHT FIELD BORESCOPE INSPECTION DISCOVERED A MISSING 3RD STAGE IP ROTOR BLADE. DISASSEMBLY OF THE ENGINE HAS CONFIRMED THE FIELD FINDING.
